Today Chloe decided not to nap. Normally I would get extremely frustrated by this and make her stay in her room until the end of nap time. Today I decided to just let her come and play instead of making myself frustrated.

Anyways, we went and played in the backyard and she sprayed me with the hose. Instead of getting our clothes wet we went inside and grabbed our towels and suited up! I let her spray me with the hose and chase me around. After we were done with the water we laid under the tree on our towels. She told me stories about farm animals and asked questions.

These are the days that make everything worth while. I don’t think she realizes just how happy she makes me. I can’t wait to share these days with both of my little girls. Until then, Chloe and I can have these moments to ourselves.
